Hi! My name is Molly Westhoven. I'm a junior at Central Regional High School in New Jersey. I have been swimming for my entire life and have loved every minute of it.
My swimming career first began at six months old with a water babies class. I continued swim lessons until I could join my local YMCA swim team at six years old. I also participate in my local township summer league program on top of continuing to swim for my club team. Although it presents a rather demanding schedule I volunteer my time to coaching the younger age groups on my township team in the summer as well. Besides the friendships I have made, swimming has helped me to develop strong time management skills as well as building my self confidence.
Academically I am searching for a program in the aviation field. My passion for flight began during my first flight with the Young Eagles Program at my local airport. Besides challenging myself with extra curricular actives I enjoy the challenge of my rigorous academic schedule. I maintain an excellent GPA in all of my AP classes. I believe I would be a perfect fit for a college/university that requires a high level of commitment and dedication to the academic and athletic experience.
