Hi! I'm Amelia and I have been swimming since I was about 6. When I was younger I used to swim a lot of butterfly and IMs. Going into high school I wanted to swim distance but ended up continuing swimming the 200 IM, 100 back, and 50 fly in the medley relay. I also swim in the 400 free relay but it's not my main focus. I am a dual sport athlete in highschool playing Outside hitter in volleyball and a right and center fielder for softball. I find myself to have very strong determination and I like to push my limits. Swimming is critical to me because it's something I really enjoy and a lot of my family are swimmers. I would say I would be a good fit for any team because I am very optimistic and like to cheer my teammates on. I hope to major in law, possibly federal. I used to swim for a club, but it sadly shut down once COVID hit. I aim to progress this year and my 1 years left before college.
