Emily Roche '13 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Emily Roche and I am 5'6" Sophomore from Fargo North High School in Fargo, ND who wishes to swim in college. I will graduate in 2013 and right now my interests are Mathematics & Engineering and academics are very important to me (4.0 GPA) as well as continuing my swimming career. I have not yet taken the ACT or SAT. All-Conference (EDC) 8th, 9th & 10 grade, All-State 2nd Team in 8th grade and All-State First Team 9th & 10th grade. This year I broke my High School Coaches school record in the 100 yd Fly. This year I am planning on attending Speedo Sectionals (long course) and I will also attend 2011 YNats (short-course) again this Spring. I swim year-round but I only swim 1x/day @ 5 days per week during my school year, I have swam 2x/day in Summer only. I also run Varsity track (800 meters) and swim in the Spring. I look forward to swimming each day - I have a great Coach and many friends who swim. I am a serious student and swimmer. I like school and I am a very hard worker. It will be very important to me to have a close relationship with my future college coach and team. Thank you for your time.
