Personal Statement
I've been swimming since I was six years old, and competitively swimming since I was ten. Swimming is one of the biggest parts of my life, and I don't feel complete unless I'm swimming. I've tried every sport under the sun, but have always returned to swimming. Ever since I began competitive swimming I've known that I want this to be a part of my life for as long as possible.
I would be an amazing addition to a college team because I am goal-oriented and work as hard as possible when I want something to happen. I am a very supportive teammate and work hard in the pool and the classroom. I have stellar grades and love to challenge myself. Swimming in college would be an amazing opportunity to challenge myself in the pool and the classroom, and would be a dream come true.
