Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Fiona Freeman. I have been swimming ever since I was around 2 years old; I loved it. When I was around 5 I started swimming competitively and haven’t stopped since. I would like to continue my swimming career through highschool and collage, swimming for a division 1 school. What makes me a good candidate for your swim team is that I am highly committed to swimming, and never seem to miss a practice or meet. I stay highly motived and keep others motivated and encourage my team mates. Along side of training 6 days a week I maintain around a 3.7 gpa average and I also am involved in other extracurriculars out side of swimming like cross country and volunteer programs.

- I train every 6 days a week for 2 hours, and I do 30-45 minutes of strength training; weights, abs, plyometrics, etc

- During winter break and spring season we practice long course and during winter break we change our practice time to 3 hours, 7 days a week with 30-45 minutes of strength training at the end
