Hello, I am Angelina May Allard. I am a Junior in high school graduating in 2021. I have always loved the water as a child but I found my adoration for the competitive side of swimming in Sophomore year. Since then I have found myself at my local YMCA almost every week on top of practices. My favorite events are 50 Freestyle, 100 Fly and my absolute favorite being the 500 Freestyle event. My goal this year is to get my 500 Freestyle time down to 6:20 or under so I can make it to states. This may sound cliche but no matter how I feel the pool is where I find my comfort, I could swim forever. This love has also opened up the opportunity for me to work for my town as a lifeguard for the past two years. My school does not have the best swim program but I make the most out of what I am given. My swimming has progressed so far already due to my personal extra practice and I believe I could become a excellent college athlete. I would be thrilled to join a great swim program and give my heart and soul to a team. I want to study Business in college and here is a list of a few high school achievements. I usually make first or second honors, I earned two varsity swim letters and I won one medal for Marketing. I am exhilerated to see what I can do in college.
