Sarah Bridget Zook '10 Recruiting Profile

I am 5'7" a singles and doubles player from Camarillo, CA. I attend Rio Mesa Highschool in Oxnard, CA. I have played on the Varsity tennis team as a singles player for 4 years. I have also played doubles in league finals and have won the league doubles championship the past four years. My team has won the League championship for four consecutive years, and we were undefeated all 4 years. We have gone to CIF, and made it to the quarter-finals and semi-finals we are currently in the finals of CIF. I have made 1st. team all star 4 years. I have competed in USTA tournaments in Southern California since the age of 9 and has played on many USTA club teams. In the girls 18's division USTA Club team we were County Champions, then went onto win So. Cal. Sectional Championship, and Placed second in the Gar Glenney Cup Championship (State Championship). I am looking for a school that has a great academic program along with great athletic program. I am interested in all divisions, however, financial assistance is going to be very important to me in the college selection process due to limited financial support from my family. I am open to exploring schools in the midwest and east coast area becuase I have close family relatives who are living there. I am looking for a medium size school that has great academic support for competitive athletes.
