Personal Statement
I love tennis and have been playing since I was five years old. It has always been a huge goal and dream of mine to play in college. I am 5'6 and 145 lbs. I have been on my school's varsity tennis team since freshman year. As a junior and a senior I was a co-captain, and have great leadership skills. I was also awarded first team all-league for my sophomore and junior year. I am very open to different types of schools. I would love to attend a university on a scholarship. I want to major in psychology/psychiatry and eventually become a psychiatrist, and I would also like to minor in sports medicine. My goals for college are to get a degree and to compete on the highest level possible in tennis.
