Hi, I'm Ryleigh!
I know my personal statement may change a few times before applying to universities, but here goes the first draft. I love playing tennis! I've been involved with tennis since I was about 9 years old. It was the only sport that resonated with me. I enjoy the challenge of trying to be better every day I step on the courts. I know that I can always be better, there are always areas for improvement, and I want to learn. I love being a part of a team. I may not be the loudest person cheering on my team, but I am a thousand percent dedicated and supportive of my team, but I will be the first to encourage, congratulate or comfort my teammates.
Currently, my path is leading me down a road of MATH! I love math, and I think I am pretty good at it. I'm not sure just yet if I want to be a teacher or just in a role that deals with using Math. Maybe I will be a jack of all trades, or maybe I will become an AMAZING Tennis Coach!
High School has been an adjustment for me, as I never really had the traditional transitioning from elementary to junior high due to COVID. I went from elementary to online to High School. However, I think I am handling it like a BOSS and the next 3 years will be something worth experiencing.
Thanks for reading....I look forward to updating my Statement as I grow these next few years.
:) Ryleigh
