Personal Statement

I loved the sport of tennis as a small child, and immediately became hooked. I became passionate about the sport and attended lessons, clinics, and camps with my brother. I knew one day, I would love to make the high school team. Once there, I focused on goal setting for each high school season and was determined to make improvement on the off-season. Besides studying and clubs, I dedicated my free time to lessons and my travel USTA team to both compete and learn more. I am a student athlete as I am both an honor student and member of the National Honor Society. I am dedicated to community service and always push myself whether it is on the court or in the classroom as I always strive to do my best. You can count on me to give my best as an athlete, teammate, and friend.
