Keira Healy '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Keira Healy.  I am currently a senior at IMG Academy.  I have been playing tennis since I was about 7 years old and enjoy all aspects of the sport.  I love the individual challenge that tennis represents but I also love being part of a team.  I hope to play college tennis next year, both singles and doubles, and really contribute to building a great record and a cohesive team environment.  I have a strong academic record with a 4.2 GPA currently and I believe that education plays a very important role in my life.  I am a hard worker, both on and off the court, and always try to give as much effort as possible.  I had my first job my high-school Freshman summer as a tennis coach/camp counselor at the Racquet Club in our town and have coached there three summers in a row now.  I get a lot of satisfaction from working and impacting the kids as a positive role model...not to mention the pay.  I also enjoy traveling to my family's ranch back in South Dakota whenever I can, and I'm so looking forward to my first trip to Paris.
