I've loved playing tennis since I was 4, yet over the past few years have I taken a bigger interest in making tennis a priority and a passion. I joined both an academy and my school team and loved the energy and environment of being on a tennis team. Since then, I've made it a personal goal to play college tennis and work hard to achieve it.
I'm captain of my varsity tennis team at Coral Springs High School. I am seeded number 1 and my record over the past two years was 15-6. I train 10 hours a week (group and private lessons) and my upcoming tournament schedule consists of level 6's, combined with my high school tennis season in the competitive state of Florida.
Alongside my tennis, I'm an academically strong student with a 4.94 GPA. I anticipate earning my Cambridge Diploma this year with Distinction (the highest level for the diploma). My schedule this year is a rigorous one with 2 AP’s, 3 AICE classes, and competitive Choir. This requires me to be very organized to balance my workload and practice schedule.
I bring the same hardworking ethic and drive I show in school to my tennis game, where I'm a perfectionist and won't give up on working towards something until I accomplish it.
