Monika Andrea Loret de Mola Bara '12 Recruiting Profile

Hello my  name is Monika Andrea Loret de Mola.
I am currently a senior at George Jenkins Highschool. I am 5'4'' at 123lbs and currently training.

At first...athletics was never my passion. Athletics to me was just something that could help get me in shape, nothing that I really appreciated or cherished. Today being an athlete and participating in athletics is probably the one of the most important things in my life. It has taught me the meaning of working hard to acheive goals, preserverance, disipline and focus. 

As a freshman I dilly dallied in the sport of Tennis, I never was truely serious about playing... Until I didn't make the cut for the tennis team. Swallowing my pride, I promised to return and make the Top 5 on Varsity. Over the course of one year, I began training. Conditioning and tennis consumed my evenings. I gradually built up to a schedule where I was training 3 to 4 hours daily. Surely enough my sophomore year in highschool I made the cut for Varsity and was ranked within the top 5.  After reaching the top 5, I decided that my next challenge would be to play tennis in college. It has not only become my goal but my dream. 
I have continued to compete and train through out my highschool career.
I work hard at every practice and I am very driven. As a senior I have been named Captain. I am very dedicated and committed to my sport and my team.

I am looking for a school of any division. I would like a moderate to small school but I am most definitely open for compromise. Geographically I would like  school athe East, Northeast, South or Mid West . 

I intend to major in Medicine.  I hope to play as a freshman and to make an impact on the team.
