I am a 5'4 junior from Bainbridge, Georgia and will graduate in the class of 2013. I started playing tennis when I was nine years old. I have played tournaments all around Florida, and Georiga. I played on the Varsity starting team when I was in the 6th grade. During my other two years of middle school I was home schooled, and trained at Florida State University with the head coaches for the mens team. My freshman and sophomore year I played as the number 1 spot for singles, and doubles. I also was voted MVP for the past two years.
I would love to play for a bigger college, and as a D1 tennis player. I would also like to play at a Division 2 college as well. Any college is a option to me though! I like all of the colleges that I have visited so far, so I really am interested in any school out there! I am going to college to major in Medical (Phd).
Tennis is not just a sport to me, its my passion. I train hard, to be the best. I give it my all, and im always the first to get to practices, and the last to leave. Being a team captain for tennis, and cheerleading I have learned how to be a true leader, and show others what dedication does. Yes, my family is in the need for financial help from the college that I go to. Tennis is everything to me. Im the one you see on days that we do not have practice, running or hitting on the ball machine just to get a step ahead. I believe in my self and I want to play this passion of mine the rest of my life.
