Audrey Wheeless '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Audrey Wheeless and I'm a senior at Northgate High School! I am a four-year letterman on the tennis team.  I have been voted to lead my team as a Senior Captain for the 2024 season.  I earned the #1 single position last year as a junior and plan on earning it again for my senior season.   I've been playing tennis since a very young age. I started when I was about 12 and absolutely fell in love with it. Tennis is something I can do to completely take my mind off of anything I want to. Tennis as a sport has always been amazing, but one of the things I value most from it is the people I've met through playing it. I think it is so cool that so many people can bond over one thing they all love. I would not be where I am today without all of the love and support my family, teammates, coaches, and friends have given me. My college goals and hopes are to learn more about myself, make new relationships with people, and just be passionate and considerate in everything I do.  What makes me different from other recruits is that I'm real, honest, hardworking, heartfelt, genuine, loving, and always have a positive attitude/mindset. While training, I always try my best, never complain, and always work hard to make myself better everyday.
