My name is Karla Grobbelaar and I am 17 years old from South Africa. I am part of the 2020 recruiting class and set to come in the Fall of 2021. I graduate High School in December 2020. I have always been a part of sports my whole life such as tennis, netball, field hockey, golf and athletics. I've received provincial colors for Hockey 4 years in a row, netball and athletics 2 years in a row and received provincial colors for tennis 7 years in a row. However, I'm not going to stop there!
I love the teams that I've been apart off in the last few years. I hate letting the team down in any way and enjoy working together as one. My knee injury has made me stronger than ever before, my tennis is on a very good note I feel great about my tennis and I have big dreams for my future. My academics are just as important as my sports, where my academics come first, I spend a lot of time on my academics to reach the best of my abilities. I would really like to study Physical Therapy one day.
