Personal Statement
My name is Sacha Rankin I'm 19 years old from Adelaide, South Australia. I'm currently attending Flinders University completing my first year in a Bachelor of Science in Animal Behavior. I am also a tennis player and throughout high school was working towards obtaining a scholarship to the U.S. to study and play for a college. However due to various unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to follow through with attending a U.S college in 2017.
I am looking to transfer in 2019 to a college with the support of financial aid through an athletic scholarship. I am a competitive, strong counterpunch player who loves to play in team events and doubles! I've represented South Australia 6 times in team events and travelled and competed individually many times over the course of 8 years. I was captain of the South Australian team in 2016 and also made the Australian Merit Team in 2015.
