Personal Statement
I have been playing tennis since I was four years old. For as long as I can remember I have dreamt of playing at collegiate level. For many reasons this has been my main aspiration, including the challenges that come along with it and the independence and working with a team, I am excited my the opportunity to be apart of something so life changing.
I have strong, attacking groundstrokes and good control on my serve, I am capable of covering the court well and will utilise the soft touch on my volleys as much as possible. I am very coachable as I take advice and criticism well and incorporate everything my coaches tell me into my game and everyday life. My main ambition is to be one of the hardest working players and recruits you will find.
I want to attend a college where I can perform to the best of my abilities in the classroom as well as on the tennis court. I am open to many options and ultimately want to find the right college match at the highest level of competition. I strive to make my parents proud, become a role model to peers and set standards high. I believe I can do this through my positive attitude and mindset on and off the court as well as my determination and motivation to do my best in everything I do.
