Personal Statement

I have been playing tennis since I was seven years old. Tennis has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I am constantly striving to improve and reach new heights in my performance.


I have a strong and explosive forehand and soft touch around the net. I also have an ambitious goal to help my team win an NCSA annual tennis championship. I am very coachable and strive to be a very hardworking and diligent player.


In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a good GPA. I also volunteer at local animal shelter and am a member of our volunteer society at school.


I want to attend a college where I can push my tennis and academic abilities to limits. I am open to all options and want to find the right college where I can show my talents at its best. 


I want to be a good example for my peers and make my parents proud.
