Personal Statement
I am the most determined, hungry for success and hard working person you will ever meet!
I have absolutely loved Tennis ever since I was six years old! I love the challenge of it as well as the satisfaction of achieving my goals. I am motivated by success and work incredibly hard. I have always dreamed of playing Tennis at college level and work hard everyday to make that dream a reality. I am an aggressive player who enjoys pace and attacking the ball. I use my weapons, my serve, forehand and backhand cross-court, very effectively and I find great pride in playing every ball to the absolute best of my ability. I am always working to improve every aspect of my game, both on and off the court. I delight in being part of a team and see to it that I always encourage and support my team mates. Understanding that college Tennis is not only athletics but academics as well, I also work tirelessly to be best scholar I can possibly be. I have been the DUX student at my school as well as the number one student in my grade since 8th grade. I excel in Mathematics and Science, achieving 93% and 91% respectively.
My goals for 2016 are to be a Top 5 player in the country by the end of the year as well as to achieve a total 90% average or more for my entire Junior year.
I graduate from high school in December 2017 and will be looking to start studying in the USA as soon as January 2018. I want to study Civil Engineering.
