Personal Statement
After being introduced to tennis at the age of 5, it has always been a driving force in my life. The sport has been an integral part of my life shaping me as not only as a player but an individual, instilling essential values of discipline, teamwork and determination. Being a national player that has represented my country, I understand the importance of the culture being a key factor in elevating a team’s performance. My competitive spirit paired with my unwavering commitment to development/ maintaining a high level in this sport will be an asset to the team and it’s success.
Beyond the tennis court, I excel in the classroom maintaining a good academic record, embodying that student-athlete ideal. I would like to further my academic journey studying Pre-law/Law.
I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to be able to play college tennis, understanding that improvement is a continuous journey on and off the court. I see this as an opportunity not only as a chance to challenge myself but to also push boundaries and discover new height.
