My name is Katelyn Adson. I started playing tennis my freshman year starting at the top of the JV line up. Sophomore year was canceled due to covid. Now as a Junior I am in between the 6th Varsity position on my team and being an alternate. At the beginning of the season I was the starter for the 6th Varsity position but I was faced with an ankle injury putting me out for a few weeks. I have not been able to play many games this season but the games I have had the opportunity to play this year have been some of the best matches I have played. I would love to take the opportunity to play for a community college to further my tennis goals. When not on the courts I take pride in working as a CNA in a nursing home and taking my studies for school to one day become a nurse seriously. I also think continuing to be on a tennis team throughout my college experience would be a great experience because I am someone who loves to be involved and enjoys bringing fun and positivity to the team.
