Personal Statement
My collegiate goal and aspirations are to obtain a 4-year degree in forensic psychology while playing for a tennis team that is fun, yet competitive. I feel I am a good candidate for a tennis team because I am fair, goal-oriented, and hard-working. I'm different from other recruits because I do work so hard. I am fully dedicated to the team as a whole, not just myself, and also to my studies. My mom always said my job is to make good grades and to be dedicated to my sport--I live by that.

- My doubles partner and I got seeded #2 in the tournament and got a bye in the first round. In the second round of the tournament, we competed at 8:30 and won (6-0, 6-1). third round we competed at 7:30 and won (6-0, 6-2). we made it to the quarterfinals and we get to go to state this season in Lexington on June 1-3. we end up losing (6-4, 7-5) it was a very close match and could've gone either way. I am very proud and happy for making it this far this tennis season and I am looking forward to what is ahead.

- This tournament is special to me because it was my first big MTC tournament win! I won four matches this weekend to take the title--all after having my wisdom teeth taken out two days prior. LOL!
