I have been playing tennis since I was 5. I loved the sport but did not take it seriously until I was 13. I fell in love with the way tennis made me feel, and ultimately knew I wanted to pursue it at a college level.
My serve is one of my biggest strengths, I have good control and good racket speed. I like to play aggressive but I know how to transition well and adapt to the play and type of ball.
I grew up with two older brothers which made me a very competitive person and by playing many different sports I learned to use my competitiveness to my advantege. Since I have been coached all my life I'm a very coachable person and will work my hardest and try to have the best attitude to be successful. I know I have huge potential and by living in Canada kind of limits some of my opportunities, so by playing college tennis I will be reaching my full potential.
In school I study hard to maintain good marks and have a well balanced school, sport, and life relationship. I volunteer by helping out with younger kids tennis lessons and have a job at a tennis facility.
I'm open to all my options, and want to ultimately find a good college at a high competition level. I want to make myself proud and be the best tennis player and student I can be, and hope to become a roll model to friends and family.
