Competitive. Determined. Ambitious. That’s always been who I am, ever since I was little. Since kindergarten, I remember always going to school and competing with everyone, no matter what the discipline. Kickball, math class, a recess football game, you name it. An overwhelming urge to win constantly pushed me to become the best I could be. Ever since falling in love with the sport at the age of 12, I haven’t been able to put my racquet down. My passion quickly escalated my amount of training and intensity. At 14, I played my first ever tournament. It was a little daunting at first and I felt out of place walking among my peers who had been competing for years. But little did I know, that night changed everything for me. I discovered a completely new and exciting atmosphere. I may not have won all my matches that night, but I walked out of there with the brightest smile and with more determination than ever to improve. Despite my late start to tennis, my hard work, focus, and ability to learn quickly has greatly helped me throughout my tennis journey. I can’t even imagine how much more potential I could reach with yet another 4 years of training. Take a chance on me and you won’t regret it. With that said, my ultimate goal is to continue this journey at the collegiate level with supporting coaches and teammates striving to be their best. I am open to a variety of different schools and areas and I cannot wait to play the sport I love with others just as passionate as me!
