I think I stand out as a strong candidate because I am not afraid of challenges or failure, I am honest and hardworking, and I strive to do my best always. Throughout my tennis career I have always gone for 1st place in every endeavor. My competitive spirit is one of my best attributes because it allows me to strive for perfection while also maintaining my determined mindset. This makes me a strong candidate for the recruitment because it means that I will not back down even when the practices or matches are challenging. I am not afraid to fail because I believe that if I strive for my best, then I can never truly fail. In my point of view, truly failing would be not putting 100% effort into all of my activities. I personally, cannot afford to fail because my family and I have worked too hard for everything in my life. Additionally, my honesty makes me a very strong candidate for recruitment. Honesty solidifies the integral pillars of character; integrity, honor and a high moral compass. These are qualities that I have always done my best to preserve as I believe they set me apart from a lot of people. I am a firm believer that people that are not honest are simultaneously afraid to fail, therefore these two qualities give me an advantage in all of my ventures.
