Personal Statement
Hello coaches, My name is Melanie Torres. I currently attend Holy Spirit High School in Absecon, NJ. I have been playing tennis for three years now. Though I am not the best out there, I can confidently say that I am one heck of a doubles player. I am a counter-puncher type of player. In a rally, I like waiting for an opponent's mistake and striking when the time is right. Tennis, to me, is a game of wits. Using your brain is more important than using your brawn.
