When I come in contact with others, my goal is to try and make their day a little bit better. Even on my worst days, I put a smile on my face. I try to make others laugh and entertain them. It takes a lot to get me mad or bothered, I try my best to stay calm and patient with everything in life. I try to look at things from other peoples point of you. I stay loyal and honest to the people around me. Whether I like someone or not, I’m always generous and kind hearted. Doesn’t matter if you’re my enemy, I’ll still lend a helping hand.
One thing that I have both on and off the tennis court is confidence. It took me a while to love who I am as a person but I love myself, and every time I play, it is with confidence. it’s important to have confidence in your game, it’s the one thing that keeps me motivated. I’m always motivated to improve my game or even help those around me. I stay loyal to my teammates. I form a bond with them that makes me want to protect and help them all the time. It’s important to stay concentrated with anything you do in life, but I feel most concentrated when I’m playing. I’m so focused on my opponent and getting to wherever the ball is.
Another reason I am confident is so that I can persevere through anything. If I’m losing in one of my matches, I persevere through and fight to get back to winning. Of course I love the game and enjoy playing, but there’s also a disciplinary aspect. There’s a time to have fun and there’s a time to stay disciplined and get down to business. Once I’m in the game, I’m fully committed. I’m committed to bettering my techniques and strategies, and committed to give advice and help my teammates. I bring excitement and adventure into peoples lives on and off the court, but I know how to compete, and fight to win.
