I have played tennis since I was nine years old and strive to do my best during every practice and match. Ever since my freshman year, I have played Varsity. I love working with others in achieving my goals and uplifting my teammates. Hard training has allowed me to explore what it means to be an athlete and drive myself endlessly.
Even though I put hours into practice each week, I still balance my work life and maintain high grades with rigorous courses including many AP courses, and other extracurricular activities, which are robotics, piano, and tutoring. I am a leader internationally through IBM Canada's STEM for Girls program, I manage over a hundred students and seventeen initiatives on my robotics team, and I have passed the highest test level of the world's leading provider of music exams, ABRSM, which offers assessments to over 650,000 candidates every year. I was awarded the Dean's List Semifinalist award from FIRST to recognize my work on my team.
