Although I love my home state of New Mexico, I would like to go to college out of state, hopefully a small school where I can pursue a degree in science, and play tennis! I am independent and don't like drama on or off the courts, but like to have fun and laugh with my teammates. I'm not a sore winner or loser. I'm proud of myself when I win-I treat my opponent with respect-and when I lose, I try to learn from the match without blaming my opponent or outside influences (a bad mood, nerves, the weather, etc). I support my team always, but would stand up to a team member who was being a bully. I'm constantly looking for ways to improve my game, and enjoy playing up, even when I lose. I try to take away something positive from every match!
