Hello, my name is Victoria. I am a sophomore tennis player at East Chapel Hill High School in Chapel Hill, NC. I have been playing tennis since I was 6 years old. I have been competing in USTA tournaments since I was eight. One of my recent accomplishments in 2014 was I won my singles conference as a freshman.
I love the game and the challenges presented when competing against good players. Tennis has helped me throughout my life and taught me many skills and traits such as perseverance, hard work, and humility. Currently, Michael Ricks is my coach at Chapel Hill Tennis Club and he has helped me to improve as both a singles and doubles player. My personal goal before completing high school is to be ranked in the top 10 for North Carolina and top 100 overall in southerns.
I am very excited about the opportunity to play tennis in college. I want to play for a program that values a tennis as a program and that the program possesses a reputation to develop talent.
Thank you for looking at my profile.
