Hi! My name is Maria Del Mar Moreira Chavez, and I was born July 12th, 2007, in Manta, Ecuador. I've been playing tennis since I was 7 years old, tennis is my passion and I'm so happy every time I play. The reason why I believe I am a good candidate for any team is because I am a really hard working and determined person, I'm sure every coach reading this has heard that multiple times, but as an immigrant I've had to prove myself multiple times to show others that I am good enough. I had to become mature at a young age and learn a new language to help my family live a better life. If you give me a chance, I will show you what I'm capable of. I believe that what makes me different from everyone else is that I never give up until I make my dreams come true, because I am confident that I came to this world to play tennis and help the world be a better place for future generations. Thank you so much for reading this and it would mean a lot to me if you could help my dream come true.
