Dalitzandra Padial '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Dalitzandra Padial. I am a hard working honor student who strives for excellence in all endeavors. The governor of Puerto Rico awarded me the honor of "Excellence in Sports(Tennis) and Academics." This award recognizes the highest achieving female tennis student athlete in all Puerto Rico public high schools for 2014, 2015 and 2016. I was also recognized with the "Dia De Logros," award that distinguishes me as the #1 female tennis player in at my High School, 2014, 2015. I am family and team oriented and very much enjoy playing tennis.

As the single player for my Jr. Team Tennis (ECEDAO JTT), we were proclaimed Caribbean Champions and were invited to compete at the "National Junior Team Tennis Championships", at Columbus, South Carolina. Out of sixteen national regional champion teams competing, our team ECEDAO, came up with the 8th Position, Nation Wide (Oct, 2015).  More recently, (March, 2016),  in USTA Tournament in PR, competing in main draw G'16, I finished 4th Place in the Caribbean. On April, 2016 at the Jr. Open 2,  in the main draw, I ended up in the 2nd place in single and doubles. From the 7th to the 12th of July, 2016, our local PRTA Team was invited to represent the Caribbean at the Jr. Zonal Championship at West Lake, Texas. For this tournament I was recognized as the Ist team racket and we won the Sportsmanship Award!
