I started competing as a thrower in track when I was 15, it started as something fun for me to compete in the Alberta Summer Games and it led me to fall in love with it! I have really enjoy the thrill of competing and the atmosphere of track which I’d like to experience as long as possible :)
Growing up I have been taught to be inclusive to everyone that I meet. This allows me to get along with almost everyone that I meet. I find it easy to meet new people and I am quite social!
I am a hardworking student and know the importance of keeping on top of schoolwork. I have been on honour-role every semester since 7th grade as well as earning some outstanding effort awards along the way. I have been a student athlete since grade 6 and have created good habits throughout the past years to insure a good balance between school and sports (as well as multiple sports at a time in some cases).
I am always excited to learn new things always try my hardest!
