Tatiana (Tati) Potter '24 Recruiting Profile

I am proud to be the 3rd generation of track sprinters in my family!  My grandmother was a star sprinter for San Diego State University, my mother and aunt hold San Diego county and California sprinting records, and my brother and I are some of the fastest sprinters for Coronado High School. With my background as a competitive soccer player I offer not only speed but also endurance which allows me to run both short and mid distance sprints such as the 100 meter, 200 meter and the 400 meter. It is an incredible experience to compete in the San Diego city and county sprint competitions in the fastest heats. 

Academically, I am in the National Honors Society (10th & 11th) and was on the Academic Honor Roll (9th).  As a member of the National Honors Society and as an ASB leader I have served almost 200 hours of community service from 9th-11th grades.

It would be an honor to represent a university as a sprinter! I would hold this role with university pride, exhibit a high sense of ethics and professionalism, and I would always exude a positive mindset along with a gracious competitive spirit.
