My name is Jessica Vigil I am a 5’3 125-pound junior at Riverbank High School with a current GPA of 4.0 weighted and 3.76 unweighted. This year I finished my first cross country season in the CIF San Joaquin Sections Championship qualifying as an individual. I recently began my first track season and am continuously achieving new PRs.
I recently joined cross country this year along with track and began my running journey about 9 months ago. I am very passionate about running and have worked extremely hard on my skills and I’m very proud of what I have accomplished this year. However, considering I joined the sport this year I know I need to continue to improve and I’m currently in a mileage schedule and in the gym to prepare myself for the collegiate level. We have a zero period where we lift weights and do plyometrics, speed, and agility.
