Personal Statement
I began running this past season of Track & Field as part of the founding Track & Field team at my high school as a first year runner. Track has become a newfound passion of mine and I would like to continue running.
I am one of the captains on my high school track team and I never fail to embody a leader on and off the track. I'm very coachable and I always make an effort to work hard. As a runner, I am driven and tireless and I promise to be the same as a recruit.
Off the track, I maintain a high GPA and am involved in a multitude of extracurricular activities such as student government, service clubs, and service projects.
I want to attend a college that enables me to grow and reach my full potential academically and athletically.
