I aspire to be successfull. And throughout my life, that goal has remained- persistent, and diliegent, those ambitons have continued to stay in my mind. My desires for fame and accomplishments lay in both athletics and academics. I strive for good grades, with hopes of being a journalist one day. But my true passion is on the track. From conditioning to competing, this sport has become my everything, and I truly enjoy every moment of it. Im currently a senior in high school, and only began this sport my sophmore year. But prior to that I was a competitive gymnast, doing a sport I didn't truly enjoy. Finding running and pole vaulting was a huge turning point for me, and I simply cannot see myself stopping at this moment. I have been sidetracked by multiple injuries through out the years, but I still havn't given up. And, although I am late to the game, I have a work ethic, that I believe can take me to the level I strive for. I truly hope I can be an example of the power of dedication and determination, and to prove to myself that the work I have put in all these years, has been worth it.
