Aidriana Campiotti '20 Recruiting Profile

I became involved in track & field when I was 10 years old watching my older brother throw discus and shot-put as a freshman; it was at this time that I aspired to throw.  I have passion for throwing discus hammer and shot-put and using the humbleness of the sport as therapy. 

I am a good student with a 3.2 GPA, I study hard and I am actively involved in 4-H as a member and a mentor to kids who want to show livestock.

I envision my college years to be a personal growth period.  My goal is to explore a Environmental Studies major. On the field, I plan to be a dynamic player and positive influence on the team as I grow both physically and mentally throughout my college track and field career.  I will strive to be an asset to the discus rotation.  Most importantly, I will conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the field, knowing that the way I carry myself reflects my team, my coaches and the school I attend.
