Lia Ganley '22 Recruiting Profile

I’ve been running track and cross-country since seventh grade, I definitely have  grown the most as a student – athlete my junior year when I transferred to IMG Academy in the fall of 2020. This year I’ve grown to be a stronger leader not only on the track but also in the classroom, having been surrounded by ambitious and hard working military parents, I have also inherited a driven and ambitious mindset that has allowed me to excel as an athlete.  Team work, commitment, sacrifices, and relentlessness have been the driving factors this track season, and have shaped me the most to be able to see the bigger picture for long term success. I have seen first had how far hard work can take you, as my brother earned the opportunity to play baseball at the Division 1 level at Samford University.
