I am currently a high-school senior at Strawberry Crest High School in the IB program. I take my education very seriously as well as my running. My goal is to drop my mile down to 6 minutes by the end of this season and to drop my time for two miles to a range of 13:45 to 14:00. For cross country, my best 5K is an exact 26:00 and for a 3 mile run my best time is 25:00. I plan to drop my 5K time down to below 24:00. I plan to achieve these goals by practicing hard and after summer conditioning this year I feel fully prepared to surpass my goal time. I feel I am a good teamate because I am always one to cheer for my teamates during their race and I often try to motivate my teamates who often find themselves struggling or incapable of the task. I am also one who takes pride in my teammate's victories and do not grow fumed when their time is ahead of mine. I believe that a team should see themselves as one unit, pushing each other to do better and congratulating everyone for each of their achievement. I hope to attend a DIII college out of state with well-trained professors and a small student-to-faculty ratio. I am open to many different colleges and universities with a good educational program. I am aiming for having my entire college-education payed for or near all of it, so having a school that is affordable is defiently something I find important.
