I have always been active from a young age. I did gymnastics till middle school.I've done track since 2015 and I am currently on the varsity team running the 100m,4x100m, and long jump.I've done CrossFit for 3 years and I am on the Girls Varsity Weightlifting Team. Any sport I do I give my 110% and I am determined to do whatever it takes to get to the top not for my self but for the team and the school. Staying active in a sport like track and field is important to me and my future. I would like to represent a school not only through a sport but through a well-rounded student. I have ended the sophomore year with an unweighted 3.1 GPA and a weighted GPA of 3.7. I am taking AVID to educate myself more on colleges and how to better equip myself for the future. A long term goal of mine is to become a veterinarian and because of this, I am in a Veterinarian program at my school that is teaching me how the field of a vet is like. Not only am I taking classes at my Highschool but I am doing Dual Enrollment through Valencia College. Knowing that I have these goals that I will reach it keeps me motivated to keep going, to get better and stronger, to study harder and become the best version of myself.
