2021 is my first full track season, it was also my senior year of highschool, I tried to run and compete my junior year, but wasn’t able to because my season was cut short due to Covid. Before deciding to run track, I went to a small private high school that didn’t offer track and field. So, I found a large public high school close to me and through lots of time and paper work, I found a way to run for them. For my senior year I switched from private school to dual-enroll at our local community college, but continued to compete with the public school. During high school I competed in the 400m, 4x4, 4x8, 200m, high jump , javelin, and triple jump. Then I committed to the University of Mobile for my freshman year of college and focused more on the 800m, 400m, 4x8 and high jump, and we ended up winning outdoor conference. I have also practiced around in some hurdling and even long jump. I am open and interested in becoming an heptathlete, and with some coaching and a little more time and an opportunity to compete in college, I thoroughly believe that I will succeed and improve. I am a determined and self-motivated person, and I always give 110% .
