Paulina Guerra '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Paulina Guerra and I am a Polevaulter in Junior year of high school that has a current PR of 11ft. I also do other events such as Javelin (PR 19m), Hurdles (PR 18.78s),  and Long Jump. My focus however is the polevault. I have received The MVP award the past two years in athletics at the school of Gulliver Preparatory. I am also a choreographer in the dance program and have received two awards such as “Best Dancer” & “Best Choreography“. I am currently taking three honors courses with a GPA of 3.62 at the moment. I have been doing Track & Field year around for the past two years in Pole Vault Miami. I would like to compete at the division one level at a college that has a polevault team. I like to believe that i am a good candidate with all the different sports i have done in my upbringing and am still involved in many. I have become a well rounded person in a sense for being on the side of arts and the full blown sports as well. My big Miami personality that is also from Panama has made me to become a determined and discipline person to whatever I put my mind to.
