My academic goals are to study and get my degree in the field of business; with a focus in management and entrepreneurship. My aspirations are to own my own beauty salon and be involved in real estate management. During my college career I plan to be a student athlete in track and field. What makes me different from other recruits, is that I strive for excellence in all that I do. I work hard until I get the desired results, and I like to make myself, my team and my coaches proud. My self determination started when I was about 4 years old, I got involved in Tae Kwon Do. My dedication over six years led me to receiving my second degree blackbelt. During this time I also participated in youth AAU basketball teams. As I entered into middle school I continued to play basketball and other sports but, this is where I found my love for track and field. My track goals are to reduce my 400 and 200 meter times by 2 seconds or more. I also enjoy running the 100 meter, including the relay. Although, I started training for triple jump and long jump during my sophomore year of high school, I enjoy these events as well.
