With a 3.93 weighted GPA and multiple honors classes, I’m a senior with aspirations of working in the medical field. I’ve earned Varsity letters in both track and field, along with cross-country since my freshman year. I’ve also received a letter in both academics and choir. I am the President of my H.S. choir, a member of the National Honor Society, a volunteer coach for our local youth track program, a member of the Rally for Childhood Cancer club and active in my Life Teen program at church. I was also nominated for the Georgia Positive Athlete award.
My favorite event in track is 1600m followed by the 800m. I am open to trying new events like the Steeplechase and helping my team by being a positive role model on and off the track or cross country course.
While I do have aspirations of working in the medical field, I also have a love for Spanish. I attended a university in Spain this past summer and I hope to continue my pursuit of language while in college.
