Hi! My name's Grace Lanfear. I've competed on my high school's track team as a varsity athlete for three years now and plan to run my fourth and final varsity year this spring. I also have swam for 4 years as a varsity athlete. My love and passion has only grown to track the older I've gotten and I can hardly imagine my life without it. I am very confident in saying how much of a hard worker I am along with being very adaptable and coachable.I'm very willing to work hard as an individual athlete but also build and become stronger as a team. I spent my second semester of junior year training on my track off season (and continued through the regular season) to become stronger and faster which helped more than I can say. I love the program I use (Off The Field) and can't say anything but great things about how much it helped. I care a lot about my academics and have so far done very well with my grades and plan to keep it that way throughout college. I am positive that I have even more potential than what I've achieved so far and am more than excited to continue this journey with track and see what else I can do! Thank you!
