Bailey Bertrand '20 Recruiting Profile

Throughout my life, I have participated in many sports such as cross-country, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and track. I always try to be a good leader and example to all my teammates and push each one of them to be their best. My freshman year I was a three sports Varsity athlete playing Volleyball, Basketball, and Track. I have always loved track and field but only started discus my freshman year of high school, realizing I had a true love and talent for it. The past four years of my life I have been doing club volleyball which takes up a significant amount of my time. I have dedicated so much time over these past years to volleyball leaving little time for track training but never the less do I work hard and strive for what I desire to accomplish. This Junior season, I decided to discontinue playing club volleyball so that I could get private throws coaching which has helped significantly in my form. I know I have much room for growth and improvement but I would love to continue that journey to the next level of my career.

I am a very dedicated, hardworking athlete who is willing to bring everything I have to a college.
