My collegiate goals are to further my academics and compete in Track and Field at the collegiate level. My hard work and drive contribute to my success and make me a great candidate. If you look at my progress from freshman year to sophomore year, you will see my 100-meter time drop by .8 seconds and my 200-meter time drop by 2 seconds; this is a pattern I plan to continue. Along with this, my academics and involvement in my community contribute to setting me apart from other athletes. I have a 4.7 GPA, am a part of several different clubs at school, and volunteer around my community. My teammates would describe me as compassionate and a leader by example. I'm not very confrontational when it comes to holding teammates accountable. Still, my dedication to Track and Field and being kind inspires people, especially my teammates, to be the best version of themselves.
