I am passionate about many things: my future and what it holds, running and my team, family and friends, my relationship with God, and growing into the person I know I can. After my senior year I plan on attending a college to best prepare me for a career in the medical field. Being inducted into the National Honor Society as well as holding a 3.89 G.P.A. on the high honor roll, academics are very important to me. I am looking forward to the challenge of balancing academics, track, and community involvement at the college I will attend. My highly competitive nature and drive helped lead my 4x200 relay team to 8th place at Indoor State my freshman year. Now running the 4x100m relay along with the 100m, and 200m, I have been able to come out on top in many races that I competed in this season. I want to develop my skills and improve every day. I am a reliable and determined individual that is driven to work on and off the track. My love for the sport and support for others helps me strive to always look for the positive in every situation. My hard work ethic pushes me through times of adversity and aids me in overcoming it. I look forward to the challenges ahead and all the goals I will accomplish in the future with the help of coaches, family and friends.
